Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests across a variety of events and functions.
- Assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of banqueting events, ensuring all spaces are prepared to the required standards.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and guest care.
- Work closely with colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure events run smoothly and successfully.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and assist in creating a positive and memorable experience.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism across all event areas.
- Follow company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures at all times.
- Support other Food & Beverage outlets and events across the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, gaining exposure to various service styles and environments.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for delivering intuitive, personalised service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to consistently uphold the highest standards of presentation and service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a diverse, high-end, and discerning international clientele.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve requests proactively, and exceed expectations in a fast-paced luxury environment.
