  • Analyze complex project issues, identify gaps, and present solution options with recommendations.
  • Mentor team members and lead knowledge sharing with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Own key readiness and outcome checkpoints, ensuring training and governance are in place before go-live.

  • Experience with enterprise software implementation.
  • Experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements.
  • Experience developing requirements for interfaces, integrations, and production data migrations.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and translating business objectives into measurable KPIs and adoption or governance plans is a plus.
  • Understanding or experience in organizational change management or operating-model design is a plus.
  • Experience leading delivery governance across business, product, technology, and client stakeholders is a plus.
  • Experience managing readiness, decision points, adoption, and governance activities throughout the implementation lifecycle is a plus.
