About the Role

This role is responsible for the development and execution of strategic sales plans and providing leadership to a team of Account Executives within the Food Service on Premise (FSOP) channel. It involves ensuring continuous understanding and growth for food service chain customers by collaborating with internal teams to unlock sustainable, profitable growth. This is a highly visible opportunity to influence decisions, accelerate innovation, and create meaningful value for customers, consumers, brands, and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement long-term strategic vision for each customer to ensure maximum volume, profit, and value-added growth.
  • Build short- and long-term plans to realize the full potential of partnerships for the Coca-Cola Canada System by understanding each customer’s business needs, issues, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive customer plans.
  • Travel to customers as required by business needs.
  • Collaborate with senior-level buyers to build relationships and develop mutual strategic plans that grow the business.
  • Provide thought leadership in identifying incremental volume and growth opportunities and drive associated plans within the team.
  • Develop and tailor strategies to local markets and competitive conditions, leveraging customer and consumer insights, including the utilization of category planning resources.
  • Influence management and operations partners to ensure consensus and that actionable plans are developed and executed collaboratively.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying and resolving opportunities for long-term sustainable/profitable growth.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team and develop a strong talent pipeline.
  • Allocate resources in a manner to maximize returns across the country.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related sales experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in managing sales teams.
  • Proven expertise in developing vision, mobilizing resources, and executing to plan.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with relationship management of senior executives.
  • Problem solver with strong project management skills from idea to execution.
  • Performance-driven with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills.
  • Strong operational, commercial, and financial management experience to prioritize and allocate resources effectively.
  • Engaging leader, role model, and experience developing a team.
  • Offers of employment are conditional upon a successful background clearance.
