About the Role

KKR's 2027 Summer Analyst Program offers an opportunity to join a leading global investment firm during your undergraduate career. This role is within the Risk - Sector Analytics team in New York, focusing on providing quantitative solutions to investment and asset management by maintaining and improving asset cashflow models for the Insurance investment portfolio. Summer Analysts will gain hands-on exposure to Risk, Investments, Actuarial, and Finance across KKR’s insurance platform, with potential for full-time offers for exceptional performers.

Responsibilities

Work with senior team members to address various requests from investment teams and other stakeholders.
Build out and improve end-to-end processes focused on providing cashflows and analytics for a diverse array of fixed income investments.
Analyze historical asset performance data, identify key drivers, and create business intelligence reports.
Utilize scalable technologies to enhance the efficiency of various investment analytics processes.
Contribute to the development and testing of new asset modeling frameworks.
Work with other team members to build investment-oriented applications and Tableau dashboards.
Address time-sensitive requests for live trades.

Requirements

Anticipated graduation date from an undergraduate program in December 2027 - June 2028.
Area of study in a quantitative discipline such as math, statistics, computer science, or related technical fields.
Strong analytic, programming, and database skills.
Understanding of various asset classes, such as fixed income, equities, credit, foreign exchange, derivatives, and risk management concepts.
Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and quality of work.
Curiosity about and openness to adopting emerging AI technologies in day-to-day workflows.
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance.
Strong project management, verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with people of varying backgrounds.
Strong sense of business ethics.
Ability to work independently and excel in a dynamic, exciting, and fast-paced environment.
