Responsibilities

  • Take full accountability for the success of each customer—from implementation to renewal, expansion, and long-term value creation.
  • Understand customer operations, data, and challenges deeply.
  • Ensure every customer touchpoint is high-quality, high-substance, and unforgettable.
  • Translate understanding into action plans that boost adoption, revenue, and efficiency.

  • Build strong relationships across all levels by showing up in a high-quality way and delivering highly effective, innovative solutions.
  • Spend approximately 40% of time traveling for in-person customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in roles driving real outcomes—consulting, strategy, implementation, or customer success—ideally in govtech.
  • A builder’s mindset, thriving in ambiguity and moving fast.
  • Customer obsession, solving for long-term success.
  • Fluent in data, financial models, and metrics that define success.
  • An eye for growth opportunities (upsell, renewal, expansion).
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to turn field insights into product innovation.
  • Flexibility and grit, energized by customer proximity, field work, and solving complex problems at scale.
  • Energized by big, complex challenges and the opportunity to solve them.
