Responsibilities

Develop technical concepts and prepare tender documents in the field of energy and power plant technology.
Define electrical engineering requirements and specifications for projects.
Responsible for dimensioning electrical systems and components according to technical regulations and safety standards.
Prepare conceptual design and project planning of systems, such as low-voltage and medium-voltage switchgear, DC and AC converters.
Review and evaluate offers and technical documents based on defined specifications.
Independently monitor quality and deadlines for projects, while managing costs.
Contribute to project success in a solution-oriented manner in collaboration with other departments.
Promote knowledge exchange within the department and actively contribute to the further development of the electrical engineering field.

Requirements

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a responsible project engineer in electrical engineering.
Sound, practical experience in the described electrical engineering tasks.
Experience in creating electrical engineering concepts (e.g., low-voltage and medium-voltage switchgear, DC and AC converters, cable tray planning) is part of daily business.
Familiarity with technical regulations.
Proficient in IT and MS Office programs.
Strong communication skills at all levels.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to combine strategic, holistic thinking with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
Reliability, initiative, and team spirit.
Fluent German language skills (C1 level).
