About the Role
As a highly skilled advisor, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights customers. In partnership with a high-performing team, you will create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store consistently achieves high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors. Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience.
- Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.
- Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods on the retail sales floor, converse with customers, and handle product packaging and display materials.
- Frequently required to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
