About the Role
Provide a high level of customer service while selling specialist art books, AGNSW merchandise, publications, giftware, homewares, and personal accessories. Perform general retailing duties including restocking, store display, cash handling, banking, and processing web orders across all retail outlets.

Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in a busy retail environment, preferably with book selling experience
- Experience using a digital point of sale system
- Previous responsibility for retail cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Resume (maximum five pages)
- A covering letter addressing the technical/soft skills
- A response to the targeted questions
- Part of the assessment process may include additional online capability testing, skills testing or work samples
