About the Role
Partner with leaders across Mission Australia to attract, assess, and secure great people by delivering proactive sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and creating an inclusive and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assessment, reference checking and hiring recommendations.
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored talent attraction solutions.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for critical workforce areas.
- Use market mapping, talent intelligence, social media, referrals and direct sourcing to engage prospective candidates.
- Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers on contemporary, inclusive recruitment and selection practices.
- Deliver an inclusive, accessible and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate recruitment information and documentation within Workday and associated talent platforms.
- Champion Mission Australia’s employer brand across advertising, candidate communications and talent attraction activities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working in an in-house Talent Attraction team, delivering end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong experience partnering with leaders to deliver recruitment and talent attraction solutions.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology, ideally Workday.
- Demonstrated capability in proactive sourcing, talent pooling and market mapping.
- Knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques and employment branding.
- Experience contributing to diverse, inclusive and accessible hiring practices.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- A resilient, adaptable and self-motivated approach, with a commitment to Mission Australia’s purpose and values.
- Undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks.
- Possess a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
