About the Role
This role is based in our Kanda 91 Bldg., 1-8-3 Kaji-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 101-0044 Japan office. You will be active as an advertising sales representative in the functional food, supplement, and health equipment fields, in a rapidly growing health industry facing an aging population.
Responsibilities
- Sales (advertising/exhibitions, seminar planning)
- Sales of newspaper advertisements and tie-in articles
- Sales of advertisements on web media
- Sales of newspaper subscriptions
- Sales of advertisements in newsletters, etc.
- Sales for participation in various exhibitions organized by Informa Markets Japan
- May include interviewing and editing work
Requirements
- Experience as a specialized newspaper reporter, advertising sales, or exhibition sales is preferred, but beginners are also welcome.
- This is a role within an industry-specific newspaper that connects companies.
- Individuals who can generate and implement ideas for the transition from print to digital media.
