About the Role
The Finance Intern position is a key member of the APAC Consumer Product Finance team, supporting various finance processes and ad hoc tasks, especially during forecasting cycles. This role provides broad exposure to different responsibilities within the finance team and is vital for ensuring the team can provide necessary assistance and business partnering to all territory teams across APAC.
Responsibilities
- Support all financial cycles: Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecasts / Pacings, Long Range Planning and Quarterly Close, including data uploads, preparation of data tables and presentation slides.
- Assist with ongoing financial processes, including checking data for deliverables, preparing and updating reports, PO checking, and other tasks.
- Support ad hoc analysis and tasks for territory teams across the APAC business, including pulling data for financial analysis, building slides and graphs, and downloading contract information.
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- General accounting knowledge required.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work assignments, and work well under pressure.
- Must be enrolled in studies for the full duration of the internship.
- Must include a cover letter outlining expected graduation month and year, interest in NBCUniversal, and relevant strengths, skills, or experiences.
