About the Role
We are seeking an interested Draftsman / Constructor to join our structural planning and construction team at our medium-sized architecture and engineering firm in Berlin-Kaulsdorf, which has been successfully operating in the market for decades. Our projects are diverse, varying in size and intended use, including apartment buildings, kindergartens, nursing homes, office buildings, and industrial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Creation of formwork and reinforcement plans for various structural engineering projects.
- Creation of precise construction drawings according to CAD or BIM standards.
- Implementation of structural specifications into well-thought-out constructive detail solutions.
- Participation in coordination and project meetings, including minute-taking.
- Taking measurements and conducting on-site construction inspections.
- Close collaboration with structural planning, architecture, and construction management.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Civil Engineering (TU/FH) or training as a constructor in structural engineering or as a draftsman.
- Specialization in structural engineering / building construction.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a constructor in building construction.
- Comprehensive CAD skills in Strakon / Allplan (Nemetschek).
- Knowledge in planning and collaborating with architects and specialist planners according to the BIM planning method (Building Information Modeling) is desirable.
- Practical experience in construction or an apprenticeship in a construction trade is advantageous.
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
