Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement robust risk management strategies.
Support day-to-day risk activities including analysis, reporting, and facilitating risk reviews.
Engage in all phases of project delivery, from early design and optioneering to construction and close-out.
Work on high-profile projects in Defence, Energy, Transport, Water with clients such as Network Rail, Transport for London, United Utilities, East West Rail, Heathrow Airport, Babcock International, Thames Water, Highways England, HS2, and more.
Contribute to the development of innovative risk and value management solutions that drive project success.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, promoting transparency, accountability, and shared success.

Requirements

This opportunity will require you to be eligible to achieve security clearance.
Security clearance is dictated by the types of projects we work on and normally requires you to be a UK British national or lived in the UK for five years or more.
We are looking for graduates with the following strengths: Takes initiative and ownership, delivering work proactively and efficiently.
Communicates clearly and builds effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
Produces high-quality written work with strong attention to detail and clarity.
Applies structured, analytical and data-driven thinking to solve problems and support decision-making.
Mott MacDonald Ltd. are not currently offering sponsorship to candidates under the Skilled Worker visa route in the UK.
