About the Role

In our Consulting division, we are seeking you as a Consultant Digital Transformation Public Sector (w/m/d) to join us as soon as possible. You will advise all levels of public administration, from municipal authorities to federal and state ministries, and align them for the future. You will develop innovative strategies for our clients using your expertise in organization, processes, and digitalization, shape reorganization processes, and define paths for the digitalization of administration. Your tasks include designing technology-driven modernization of the public sector, driving digitalization from strategy to implementation, and having the opportunity to act independently within projects, take on (partial) project management roles, and be a driving force in the further development of our business areas.

Responsibilities

Advise all levels of public administration, from municipal authorities to federal and state ministries, and align them for the future.
Develop innovative strategies for clients using expertise in organization, processes, and digitalization.
Shape reorganization processes and define paths for the digitalization of administration.
Design technology-driven modernization of the public sector.
Drive digitalization from strategy to implementation.
Take on (partial) project management roles.
Act as a driving force in the further development of business areas.

Requirements

Successfully completed university degree.
Relevant experience in management consulting, digital business models, the digital economy, public IT, and/or public administration.
Experience with modernization or digitalization projects is a plus.
Affinity for digitalization, eGovernment, and public IT topics.
Knowledge of Design Thinking, creative, and agile methods is ideal.
Must be a forward-thinker.
Very good German language skills.
Flexibility and mobility required for the consulting environment.
