About the Role

The RTIF program offers a meaningful opportunity to rising seniors in undergraduate programs to develop solutions for finance. During this 10-week program, summer interns will gain experience working within Internal Audit. Upon completion, interns may be extended an offer for a Full-Time role.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to various businesses and geographies while auditing different processes.
• Provide independent and objective assurance over the organization's control environment.
• Identify areas to use data analytics for planning and executing an audit.
• Participate in special projects related to strategic initiatives for the Internal Audit department.
• Prepare work papers and coordinate receipt of audit materials.
• Document conclusions and organize work papers for supervisory review.
• Present observations to senior management across businesses.
• Develop solutions with management that mitigate various risks.
• Draft audit report findings and process improvements for review with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Expected graduation date on or before Spring 2028 is preferred.
• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Majors in accounting, finance, information systems, economics, or business.
• Strong critical thinking/analytic and business communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to be a team player in a collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and adaptable to change.
• High sense of urgency and drive.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
