About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to build technical expertise while working with a diverse portfolio of clients, investors and transaction stakeholders. You'll help ensure trust management activities are delivered accurately, on time and in line with contractual obligations. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, contribute to client outcomes and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies across the team.

Responsibilities

Prepare trust calculations, reporting, payment instructions and transaction notices in line with trust documentation.
Complete and maintain bank account and trust reconciliations.
Review and process settlement requests and payment instructions to support funding activities.
Monitor trust covenants, portfolio parameters and trigger events across client transactions.
Respond to client and investor enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Support the management of aged debtors and accruals.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the team's operational goals.

Requirements

Proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
Comfortable managing competing priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and approaching challenges with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
Experience within Financial Services will be highly regarded.
An interest in building a career within securitisation, or existing exposure to the securitisation industry.
An understanding of securitisation structures and trust manager responsibilities will be highly regarded.
Strong client relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and financial information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across a range of stakeholders.
A curious mindset, strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new concepts and take on new challenges.
