About the Role
AO Globe Life is hiring Client Relationship Associates to connect with prospective clients and provide education around life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions. This role is a great fit for driven individuals who are ready to build communication, sales, and leadership skills within a stable organization. You will receive warm leads, structured training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools needed to create a successful client experience.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
- Schedule virtual meetings and follow up consistently
- Complete customer-focused needs reviews
- Educate clients about insurance options and benefits
- Recommend appropriate products and services
- Provide a professional, supportive experience from first conversation through follow-up
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
