About the Role
The Product Development Group is seeking Test Engineers for our Datacenter Accelerated Computing products. This role focuses on manufacturing test solutions, automation, validation, and program management to deliver industry-leading products for AI, ML, and HPC applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop test strategy for new product features, including test fixtures, equipment, and diagnostic software.
- Review and provide feedback for DFT in early design stages.
- Debug complex hardware and software issues during build phases.
- Contribute to automated diagnostic generation and validation infrastructure.
- Define manufacturing hardware test solutions applicable across Board and System product segments.
- Support the development of test content and solutions in Python.
- Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to improve production efficiency.
- Identify and plan product improvement activities to reduce cost, improve yield, and resolve quality issues.
- Solve complex, novel, and non-recurring problems, initiating significant changes to existing processes.
- Provide technical supervision or mentoring to junior engineers.
- Influence others as a technical leader.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
Requirements
- Datacenter system test and debug background.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive yield improvements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interest in GPU hardware manufacturing and knowledge of AI, ML, and HPC products.
- Familiarity with Linux and computer hardware validation.
- Experience working with manufacturing test programs at a platform level.
- 3+ years of experience with Board or System products.

3 years of experience developing tests, patterns/vectors, timing, and diagnostics on Automated Test Equipment.
- Debug experience in hardware, software, device, and/or manufacturing domains.
- Experience with revision control (GIT, SVN, CVS, RCS or similar).
- Solid knowledge of IPMI, PCIE, BMC, and Thermal Solutions.
- Ability to work with geographically distributed product engineering teams.
