About the Role
Bell is building a more connected future with world-class networks, AI-powered solutions, and digital experiences that enhance how people live, work, and play. Join Bell's Consumer and Small Business team, the engine driving growth for Bell and Virgin's Mobility, Internet, and TV services. This program offers a 360-degree view of a multi-million dollar marketing organization, with opportunities to tackle real business challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, data analytics, digital customer journeys, and national campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Gain full exposure to marketing.
- Achieve visibility with management.
- Gain experience in retail sales channels.
- Receive mentorship and coaching.
- Develop expertise in marketing and product management through three rotations and real business projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or CEGEP diploma in business, marketing, or a related field completed before the program start date.
- Availability to work in person at a Bell office in Toronto at least three days per week.
