Collaborate with leaders across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support, and partner management in the Berlin office to implement durable operating systems that enable growth and trust in a regulated sector.
Responsibilities
- Tackle varied commercial challenges across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support, and partnerships as the business grows.
- Own problems end-to-end from scoping to execution.
- Shift scope and priorities as the business evolves.
- Help shape operating practices and processes.
- Contribute to a culture of ownership and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate in person in Berlin to drive cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a high-performance environment (e.g., growth startup, consulting, investment banking, professional services, hospitality).
- Versatile background in banking, legal, operations, partnerships, or another domain that adds commercial leverage.
- Fast learner capable of quickly becoming effective through expert consultation and first-principles thinking.
- Strong interpersonal style: kind, engaging, and capable of pushing for results.
- Proactive ownership: identify and fix broken processes without waiting for approval.
- Fluency in German (C1+).
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin five days a week.
