About the Role
We are opening a new intensive pedagogical children's group in Treptow-Köpenick (Altglienicke) to support approximately 5 young children who cannot live with their families. Our spacious apartment provides a safe, family-like environment where we foster a reliable daily routine and provide individual support through a key worker system.
Responsibilities
- Design a reliable and structured daily routine
- Provide pedagogical support and development for the children
- Organize leisure activities and build relationships
- Support children in kindergarten and school
- Collaborate with families and the support system
- Document progress and assist in care planning
Requirements
- Completed training as an educator, social worker, social pedagogue, pediatric nurse, or remedial educator
- Resource-, life-world-, and social-space-oriented working methods
- Willingness to work shifts (12- and 24-hour shifts), including weekends and holidays
- Confident and flexible handling of unpredictable and conflict situations
