About the Role

Inkitt is building the Disney of the 21st Century, leveraging AI and predictive algorithms to discover stories and turn them into blockbuster hits. We are expanding into Ironblood, the first AI Native streaming platform for action and adventure, and are looking for product managers to own our consumer products: Galatea, CandyJar, Ironblood, and Inkitt.

Responsibilities

  • Own an app or area end to end — the roadmap, the backlog, the revenue and retention of it
  • Generate ideas by researching competitors, the market, and users daily
  • Maintain a ranked Top 3 list of highest-impact ideas for your area
  • Build the impact case before building the feature, including sizing the opportunity and defending the numbers
  • Pitch ideas to the CEO and iterate based on feedback
  • Drive approved work through spec, design, engineering, QA, and launch
  • Design and run A/B tests, ramp them responsibly, and analyze results honestly
  • Publish learnings, both wins and losses, to the entire company
  • Achieve the predicted impact for shipped features

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of professional experience (specific title not required)
  • Experience in a business with frequent, direct monetary transactions (e.g., subscriptions, in-app purchases, payments, marketplaces)
  • Ability to produce your own numbers, size opportunities, build models, and perform analysis (e.g., SQL, spreadsheets)
  • Demonstrated evidence of prioritizing product building over title
  • Experience starting initiatives that were not explicitly assigned
  • Shipped work with measurable impact
  • Strong consumer product instinct and UX judgment
