About the Role

We are seeking experienced Cooks for an immediate opportunity supporting a busy university dining operation. We are looking for dependable culinary professionals comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and production needs
Work grill, sauté, fry, oven, and other kitchen stations
Prepare food for high-volume meal periods
Follow portion, quality, and presentation standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen cleanup as needed

Requirements

Previous professional Cook or Line Cook experience required
High-volume cooking experience strongly preferred
Experience in university dining, corporate dining, hotels, catering, healthcare, or restaurants is a plus
Strong knife skills and basic culinary knowledge
Able to follow recipes and production sheets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
Dependable with strong attendance
Reliable transportation
Flexible availability, including weekends as needed
