About the Role
Join a high-performing transformation team and play a pivotal role in driving strategic communication and engagement initiatives that support the delivery of the new procurement operating model. As a Senior Transformation Communications Officer, you will develop and deliver impactful communication strategies that help leaders, employees and stakeholders navigate complex procurement transformation projects and realise business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver impactful communication strategies.
- Craft compelling messaging.
- Enable change approaches.
- Advise senior leaders on communications.
- Ensure the right information reaches the right audiences through effective channels.
- Combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Help build understanding, engagement and commitment across a diverse workforce.
Requirements
- Experience delivering strategic communications and engagement, ideally in a change or transformation context.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent written communication and content development capability.
- Qualifications in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent experience.
