About the Role
Talent Acquisition is your passion. You thrive on building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, partnering closely with both to attract and secure the best talent. As a trusted advisor, you guide candidates and hiring teams through every stage of the recruitment process, leveraging market insights, data, and candidate feedback to deliver a seamless and positive experience. You take a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing and pipeline development, excelling in a fast-paced environment while anticipating future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers, gaining a deep understanding of their business priorities, talent needs, and long-term vision.
- Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor, using market intelligence, data, and candidate insights to promote hiring decisions and achieve successful outcomes.
- Source, interview, assess, and present high-quality talent for open roles while partnering with hiring managers to identify candidates who will drive long-term business success.
- Efficiently fill critical and high-profile roles with top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Serve as an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement to enhance recruiting outcomes across the business.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to use data.
- 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role, managing the recruitment process from intake through offer and onboarding.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success building strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Proven ability to proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Experience assessing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and service.
