About the Role
Allied Universal is looking to hire a Safety and Security Systems Manager. To support and ensure success in this role, we provide a comprehensive, week-long management onboarding course designed to provide best practices, tools and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical lead for the design, deployment, configuration, integration, and lifecycle management of CCTV and physical security system infrastructure across global office locations, optimizing system architecture and performance.
- Lead troubleshooting and debugging of security systems, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues with minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop, document, and enforce global standards, specifications, and design guides for physical security systems, including CCTV and access control.
- Support security system design for new and renovated facilities.
- Partner with IT, facilities, and real estate teams to ensure security systems are seamlessly integrated into office infrastructure.
- Support integrator relationships, including scope-of-work development, performance oversight, and quality assurance for system installations and upgrades.
- Conduct routine system audits and health checks to verify reliability, compliance with global standards, and alignment with organizational security objectives.
- Track, monitor, and report on system performance, project status, and lifecycle milestones.
- Provide technical guidance and subject-matter expertise to safety and security personnel and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct onboarding and training on system operations, platforms, and standard procedures.
Requirements
