About the Role

In this role, you will ensure the reliable operation of customer storage infrastructures and continuously develop existing environments. You will be a competent contact person, providing technical expertise and support.

Responsibilities

Proactively conduct health checks in existing NetApp environments and identify optimization potential.
Plan, coordinate, and execute updates in NetApp environments.
Create, review, and optimize configurations, ensuring reliable operation of storage systems.
Advise customers on technical issues and serve as an experienced contact person.
Perform installations and technical deployments directly at the customer's site.
Create and maintain technical documentation for transparency and traceability.
Support customers in the operation, optimization, and further development of their storage infrastructure.
Contribute expertise to complex NetApp scenarios, particularly in the MetroCluster environment.

Requirements

Solid experience in the NetApp environment, comfortable with both technical implementation and customer consulting.
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
Several years of professional experience as a NetApp Engineer, Storage Consultant, or in a comparable technical position.
In-depth knowledge of operation, administration, and configuration of NetApp systems.
Practical experience with NetApp MetroCluster environments.
Confident and professional demeanor in direct customer contact.
Willingness for regular on-site deployments with our customer in the Berlin area.
Very good German language skills and strong communication abilities.
