About the Role
As a Regional Architectural Manager (RAM), you will collaborate with architects to provide sophisticated specifications and architectural solutions. This role demands a high activity level, a strong understanding of the architectural process in construction, and a personal drive to expand the business. You will also present ASSA ABLOY Entrance System’s full range of Door Automation solutions and client-specific service programs.
Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor to all architects in the territory
- Drive specification volumes and accelerate innovation to market
- Assist in the creation and implementation of AAES strategy and programs
- Work seamlessly with sales and operations groups as a team
Requirements
- 10 years of experience selling and working in the sales or architectural field
- Demonstrated knowledge of the design and construction markets
- Customer focused with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Action oriented and focused on driving for results
- Membership in construction and design industry organizations
- Ability to travel
