About the Role

Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistic teams to avoid material shortages or overstock situations. Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce material costs.

Responsibilities

Monitor and review the daily queue of submitted purchase requisitions (PR).
Ensure proper checks for compliance with company purchasing policies.
Conduct regular inspection to verify if items are already in stock through data analysis.
Stores Operations Oversight and strong attention to detail.
Maintain accurate reporting and compliance.
Prepare and submit updates on pending orders, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain records and update the procurement database with quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 Years hands-on experience in material management in a manufacturing industry.
