About the Role

The Regional Product Marketing (RPM) is responsible for the go-to-market strategy, execution and growth within South Korea, lifecycle management, and commercial success of the EP MCU/MPU/Connectivity portfolio. This role translates complex technical specifications into customer-centric value propositions, adapts global strategies to local market dynamics, and acts as the "Voice of the Region" to influence future product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high potential customers for demand creation.
  • Execute regional seminars, tech days, partner scouting, enablement, and trade shows.
  • Track the "Design-In" to "Design-Win" pipeline to ensure future revenue.
  • Uncover opportunities and support sales to close and win business.
  • Collaborate with distributors to support key accounts and "long tail" customers.
  • Establish deep relationships with key customers and align on product roadmaps and support.
  • Adjust local pricing to remain competitive.
  • Develop account profiles including customer roadmaps, competitive landscapes, and target opportunities.
  • Define engagement strategies and customer relationships.
  • Ensure roadmap impact and alignment with customer needs.
  • Develop and execute account strategies and action plans.
  • Track account progress long-term.
  • Adapt high-impact pitch decks, product positioning, and articles for the local market.
  • Train sales teams and partners on new products, fighting guides, and technology trends.
  • Ensure the MCU/MPU/CONNECTIVITY portfolio has necessary "extras" by training partners, preparing evaluation boards, and supporting IDEs and software libraries.
  • Engage with and identify local third-party partners.
  • Identify emerging trends in IoT, Industrial Automation, and Consumer Electronics through market analysis.
  • Monitor competitors to ensure superior pricing and performance.
  • Collect specific regional requirements and advocate for their inclusion in the global roadmap.
  • Monitor competitor activities locally.
