About the Role
As a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant, you will support all F&B operations, delight guests by delivering memorable experiences, prepare tables with precision, ensure cleanliness and safety, and comply with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
- Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a consistently high level of service.
- Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
