Responsibilities

Deepen expertise in Databricks, cloud technologies, data engineering, data architectures, and GenAI applications, building upon professional experience in developing and advancing modern data platforms and existing consulting expertise.
Apply newly acquired knowledge in real business scenarios within Databricks customer projects after the initial five-week program.
Prepare for client conversations and sharpen consulting skills through professional training interviews.
Take responsibility in customer projects, contribute to innovative data platforms and architectures, and work in agile teams using modern cloud and data technologies.
Acquire in-depth knowledge in Databricks through a structured 5-week program with practical hands-on sessions, best practices, and certification opportunities, guided by experienced coaches.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Data and AI Engineering, data platforms, data integration, data architectures, or data modeling.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Informatics, or a comparable field.
Ideally, initial experience with modern data platforms and architectural paradigms such as Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse, or Data Mesh.
Very good programming skills in Python, Java, SQL, or a comparable programming language.
Initial experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Willingness to travel.
Proficiency in German (minimum B2) and English, both written and spoken.
