About the Role
Develop deep, trusted advisor relationships with senior public sector executives. Map Schneider Electric’s full portfolio to customer needs and work horizontally across the organization to influence integrated sales of products, solutions, software, and services for assigned accounts. Navigate the SLED business landscape, understanding public sector procurement, influencing solicitations, aligning sales activities to legislative and budget cycles, building champions, and positioning solutions through the value chain.
Responsibilities
- Originate, shape, qualify, and win complex deals
- Lead the OneSchneider account team and maintain timely and accurate CRM hygiene
- Serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse group of senior leaders
- Reflect the Voice of the Customer to inform internal planning
Requirements
- Ability to autonomously navigate the SLED business landscape
- Understand the public sector procurement process
- Research, analyze, and influence solicitations
- Align sales activities to customers’ legislative and budget cycles
- Build champions among elected and appointed executives and operational leaders
- Position Schneider Electric solutions throughout the value chain of consultants, integrators, and channel partners
