About the Role
As a Pet Care Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our resort—working hands-on with dogs and ensuring every guest receives exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate, hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Supervising daycare playgroups and ensuring safe, positive interactions
- Monitoring dog health, behavior, and safety and reporting concerns immediately
- Cleaning and disinfecting suites and common areas to brand standards
- Assisting with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines
- Delivering a 5-star guest experience to every pet parent
- Supporting team operations and maintaining a strong, positive culture
Requirements
- A genuine love for dogs (non-negotiable)
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Comfortable getting “down and dirty” with cleaning and pet care tasks
- Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Weekend and holiday availability required
