About the Role
Responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of documents or reports prior to final printing and customer distribution.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on final reports and completed documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify missing information and areas requiring corrections.
- Contact internal resources or customers to obtain required information.
- Ensure products comply with company and customer standards.
- Escalate complex questions to a supervisor or lead.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of directly related experience.
- Proficient PC skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of customer compliance requirements.
