About the Role
Adobe is seeking a Sales Operations Manager (SOM) to support the Industry Led organization within the Americas Sales Operations team. SOMs act as trusted business advisors, providing analytics and insights to field leadership to drive performance against KPIs, plan go-to-market strategies, and ensure operational rigor.
Responsibilities
- Perform budgeting, planning, and analysis for sales operations.
- Review capital expenditures and analyze sales-related expenses.
- Analyze sales pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal attainment.
- Perform variance analysis for expenses and budgets.
- Evaluate pricing structures to align with company objectives.
- Incorporate client delivery schedules and operational changes into revenue forecasts.
- Maintain and enhance sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools.
- Develop sales quote tools.
- Provide timely sales analytics, including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results.
- Drive business change by understanding the business, identifying focus areas through data, and building trust with partners.
- Partner with the field to craft GTM strategy, and own the modeling and implementation of sales territories and quota setting.
- Identify operational issues and design solutions to improve business flow for sales teams.
- Share knowledge, methodologies, and facilitate standardization across the field organization with other SOMs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-10 years of related work experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Go-to-Market, or interlinked functions, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong strategy, planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Solid mathematical aptitude and ability to translate data into insights and actions.
- Problem-solving ability to identify solutions to complex business issues.
- Self-managed, responsive, and able to work in a virtual team environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
- Intellectual curiosity, hands-on mentality, and attention to detail.

- $106,100 - $220,650 annually (U.S. range)
- $152,400 - $220,650 annually (California range)
- Total Target Compensation (TTC = base + commission) for sales roles
- Base salary for non-sales roles
