About the Role
Join a team that keeps America grilling! Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company, was recently named one of America’s Most Trustworthy Companies by Newsweek for 2025. We're looking for a hands-on, dependable Field Support Specialist who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work. In this role, you'll ensure Blue Rhino displays are sharp, stocked, and safely set up for retail customers. You'll be on the road, meeting store teams, installing equipment, and making propane easy and convenient.
Responsibilities
- Installs, repairs, and maintains Blue Rhino displays for retail customers.
- Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads propane (limited to 1,000 lbs or less).
- Inspects vehicle and notifies supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance.
- Prepares and maintains records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
- Operates truck in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Provides exceptional customer service during daily customer interactions by supplying service information and answering inquiries.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Speak, read, and legibly write fluent English.
- Clean driving record required.
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
- Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
