About the Role
We are hiring Audit & Control Specialists to own how customers deploy, adopt, and get value from Petual. This customer success role requires auditors who can credibly guide customers through adopting AI for the first time in a critical function.
Responsibilities
- Own customer deployment end-to-end, including kickoff, configuration, control prioritization, and success plans.
- Configure controls, test attributes, and samples within Petual for accurate testing.
- Season controls to fine-tune attributes and provide business context for reviewable results.
- Train and coach internal audit teams on the product and run office hours.
- Advise on audit processes, evidence sufficiency, and AI-assisted testing discussions with external auditors.
- Triage and resolve customer issues, escalating to engineering with detailed information.
- Coordinate setup and integrations with customer IT, SSO, and GRC/ticketing systems.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering on customer needs and product challenges.
- Contribute to building playbooks, deployment checklists, and help-center content.
Requirements
- An audit or controls practitioner with experience in control testing.
- Consultative approach with a strong point of view.
- Process-minded with the ability to guide customers through workflow changes.
- Clear teacher, comfortable training skeptical audiences.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes with limited documentation.
- Able to manage multiple customers and shifting priorities effectively.
