About the Role
As a Service Associate, you will collect single-use devices at hospitals within your designated territory, engage with hospital staff to provide optimal customer service, and offer training and education on the proper use of Stryker Sustainability Solution’s bins and collectable devices. You will partner with sales representatives to manage inventory, assist with education cadence, and supply materials for hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Collecting single use devices at hospitals within your designated territory.
- Engaging with hospital staff to provide optimal customer service.
- Providing training and education around the proper use of Stryker Sustainability Solution’s bins and what devices can be collected.
- Partnering with sales representatives in your assigned territory.
- Managing inventory.
- Helping with the education cadence.
- Supplying materials for your hospitals.
Requirements
- Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds on a daily basis.
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance to travel by car as required.
- Use of your personal vehicle (drive 80-100 miles/day depending on territory).
- May be required to obtain the COVID-19 vaccination depending on customer requirements.
