About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Audit, Assistance Vice President to join our technology audit team. This role requires a deep understanding of technologies, processes, controls, industry standards, and related risks for a global organization, along with strong knowledge of frameworks like COBIT and NIST CSF. You will collaborate with a diverse global team to perform technology infrastructure, security, and horizontal audits, working closely with State Street’s technology organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, assessment, testing and reporting phases of technology audits and technology risk-focused validation activities.
- Collaborate with global peers on resiliency, data, emerging tech, cyber, and third-party risk management and business audits.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of technology risks and changes in the regulatory environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the Global Technology Services organization.
- Communicate audit progress, findings and recommendations effectively to senior management.
- Prepare and review audit work papers to ensure compliance with the division’s audit methodology.
Requirements
- Experience leading and supervising audit projects, preferably within the global financial services industry.
- Proficiency in evaluating technology risks and testing internal controls using risk-based approaches.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and develop relationships with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities across all levels.
- Effective problem-solving, conceptual thinking, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Advanced project management skills.
- May require travel up to 10% of the year.

Experience Level

Salary/Compensations
- $80,000 - $140,000 Annual
