About the Role
P. Terry's is seeking talented Managers/Shift Leaders committed to providing a best-in-class guest experience, focusing on crew members, and passionate about serving high-quality food and drinks. We are looking for motivated leaders who thrive in a high-energy, high-volume restaurant environment and can lead in both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) operations.
Responsibilities
- Set up the stand, including stocking stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling, and food safety checks.
- Count inventory.
- Perform deposits and count drawers.
- Ensure all positions are cleaned and closed down.
- Secure the stand by locking it.
- Act as the person in charge of the stand in the absence of the General Manager.
- Support the team and assist where needed.
- Foster a positive and proactive atmosphere, encouraging mutual support.
- Prioritize excellent customer service, treating guests like family.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
Requirements
- Must be available for day and/or night shifts based on business needs.
- ServSafe certification is required (assistance provided if needed).
- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork, develop, and support others.
- Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
- Ability to lift, reach, and bend for product handling.
