About the Role

As a Brand Champion, you will partner with customers to help them unlock the value of brand tracking with Tracksuit. You will focus on ensuring customers adopt Tracksuit deeply, see clear value, and remain with the company. This role is central to Tracksuit's success as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers from SMB to mid-market and Enterprise, ensuring retention and growth.
  • Work closely with marketers, brand leaders, insight professionals, founders, and C-Suite through key customer journey moments to drive adoption, activation, and usage.
  • Utilize data storytelling to help customers achieve business outcomes by combining platform knowledge, methodology, brand theory, and business context.
  • Act as the Voice of Customer, translating feedback into actionable recommendations for the Product team and providing a clear POV on product evolution.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Solutions teams to drive customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to the Customer Success function by sharing learnings with other Brand Champs and improving the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Brand & marketing fluency; understanding of brand importance and measurement.
  • Data-literate and product-curious; comfortable discussing data and guiding conversations with dashboards.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills across executive, user, and technical audiences.
  • Commercial acumen including GRR/NRR, negotiation, and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Subskribe, Notion, and Claude.
  • Demonstrate a High Care + High Performance approach: kind, organized, ambitious, and team-first.

  • $95,000 - $125,000 a year
  • Up to 20% commissions on-top of base
