About the Role
Lead product development and growth strategies, aiming to secure a leading position in the next generation of companies at the intersection of Generative AI, social, and games.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to conceptualize, scope, and execute gameplay experiences.
- Transform product requirements into user stories, prioritize tasks, and maintain a product backlog.
- Shape product strategy by gathering external feedback and communicating it to stakeholders.
- Steer the product through critical milestones and deliver tangible results.
- Take charge of the product’s launch and growth strategy, crafting a development roadmap.
- Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape through user research and data analysis.
- Define the long-term vision of the game and feature roadmap by identifying opportunities and prioritizing features.
- Collaborate with product teams to guide their efforts, factoring in delivery timelines, revenue implications, and opportunity costs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in consumer applications.
- Convey feature ideas through competitive research, user flows, product specifications, and user stories.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional project management skills.
- Provide clear direction, establish measurable objectives, and lead a team.
- Thrive in a hybrid work environment and coordinate with external teams across time zones.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively to executive leadership.
- Create schedules and milestones for technology initiatives and projects; ensure teams understand goals and manage delivery through all phases of development.
- Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of working in an agile environment.
- Self-motivated and possesses a strong desire to collaborate with others to navigate through uncertainty.
- Comfortable with working with engineers as customers.
