About the Role
Wag Hotels is seeking hard-working, self-motivated, and passionate dog lovers to join our professional team as a Client Services Team Member. This entry-level position offers an opportunity for growth and requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Client Services Team members are the face of the company, maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring the highest quality of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Providing the highest quality of customer service
- Maintaining open lines of communication between departments and clients
- Maintaining medical and behavioral records of all guests using the online database
- Managing guest check-ins/check-outs
- Processing online reservations
- Responding to all client inquiries via email, over the phone, or face-to-face
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.)
- Ability to type 30 wpm
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable handling dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and personality types
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
