About the Role
Supervise, control, and manage group play for canine guests, ensuring a fun, safe, and enriching environment. Build individual relationships with dogs and provide personalized daily report cards.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, email, etc)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable handling dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and personality types
- Experience working or volunteering in either kennel, shelter, rescue, or veterinary facility is preferred
- Reliable individuals with a positive attitude
- Good work ethic
- Willingness to roll up their sleeves and get dirty
- Comfort with all sizes and breeds of dogs
- Comfort in managing large playgroups
- Physically demanding; requires being on feet for long periods
- Significant canine lover
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to set and maintain high standards for sanitation and cleanliness
- Exceptional ability to multitask, time manage, and adapt to change
