About the Role
The LifeCafe Staff will execute menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute food, shakes, and beverage orders quickly and efficiently.
- Respond to customer questions and provide recommendations on food and service.
- Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Prepare espresso drink orders quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and move within the Cafe for extended periods.
- Ability to bend and lift over 20 lbs repetitively.
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
