About the Role
Mission Clean Energy is seeking driven renewable energy developers experienced in developing utility-scale solar and storage projects to join our growing Development Team. We manage complex energy projects from concept through completion, working with various stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support projects throughout development stages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups including finance, engineering, GIS, real estate, permitting, transmission/interconnection, and revenue contract origination.
- Manage and support multiple projects simultaneously, with varying complexities and urgencies.
- Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the company with the utmost professionalism in internal and external communications.
- Make decisions with a bias toward action.
Requirements
- Utility-scale renewable energy experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to travel within the United States as much as 30% of the time, or as required by project needs.
