About the Role
As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will assist clients with business travel arrangements including air, rail, hotel, and ground transportation reservations by suggesting the best solutions. This role is supported by the global reach and negotiating power of FCM, enabling the sourcing of competitive daily prices on airfares, car rentals, and hotels.
Responsibilities
- Make travel arrangements, build Passenger Name Records (PNRs) and profiles, and handle ticketing, exchanges, and changes.
- Book flights, rail, hotels, and cars in GDS.
- Follow invoice issuance procedures for various providers including ANA, JL, JR East, and hotels.
- Relate to clients at various organizational levels using diplomacy and tact.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, demonstrating strong curiosity and excellent communication skills.
- Utilize excellent geography and GDS knowledge to provide world-class customer service.
