About the Role
Project Managers are responsible for leading architectural project teams from design through construction, ensuring projects meet BRW standards and processes. This role involves tracking schedules and budgets, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting Principals in delivering exceptional client service to foster repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the San Francisco Civic Studio project team.
- Focus on successful project creation and delivery within Public Safety and other civic building types.
- Communicate directly with client project representatives.
- Implement project work plans according to BRW's project management process.
- Generate and track project schedules and deliverable requirements.
- Monitor project fee budgets and job costs.
- Coordinate production and quality reviews of Contract Documents.
- Proactively communicate with project team consultants.
- Oversee the performance of architectural staff team members.
- Clearly and consistently communicate team roles, responsibilities, and schedules.
- Check-in with team members to maintain engagement, job satisfaction, retention, and role development.
Requirements
- Experience in Public Safety and additional civic building types.
- Ability to implement BRW standards and processes.
- Proficiency in tracking project schedules and budgets.
- Skill in coordinating with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Experience in leading high-performance project teams.
- Ability to support Principals in providing high-standard client service.
