About the Role
As a Seasonal Selling Associate, you will enhance the client experience with our selling team during the holiday season. You will report to a Sales Manager and ensure exceptional customer service with a people-first mentality.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and departments, transitioning them to the appropriate associate.
- Serve in different store areas based on business needs.
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions.
- Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
- Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
- Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup, and Alterations in partnership with Operations and Managers.
- Partner to support Fitting Room Experiences.
- Introduce services such as Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, package carry-out or delivery to enhance the client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services.
- Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- $20.00 - $22.00 hourly
- $19.61 - $24.51*
